Why can't I see the image? What should I do?

There are a couple of reasons why you might not be able to see an image.

  1. There might be an issue with the image. Files can be corrupted, or Spare5 is having problems transferring images.
  2. Images can take time to load, and a lot depends on the strength of your WiFi/internet connection. 

We understand that it's hard for you to know which of these is happening. We recommend making sure that your connection is strong, and giving the image more time to load. If there is still an issue please skip the task, and report a Media Problem so that we can check on our end.
