My payout didn't go through. What do I do and what happens to the money?

If for any reason we are unable to complete a payout to your PayPal account, that money will remain in your balance until the following week.

If the payout is unsuccessful, we might not have more information here at Spare5 other than a FAILED notification. We'll let you know if that happens. When it does, you can either change the PayPal account information, or confirm with PayPal that the information is correct. 

Once we know what's happening, please let us know at help@spare5.com so we can make sure your next payout goes through.
